Controller and purposes
CYTIZEN controls personal data received when you contact us or request the catalogue. It is used to deliver the document, answer your request, arrange an optional callback and manage the professional relationship. It is not used for a newsletter without separate consent.
Legal basis and retention
Processing is based on your pre-contractual request and CYTIZEN’s legitimate interest in managing professional relationships. Prospect data is retained for no more than three years after the last meaningful contact, unless another legal requirement applies.
Recipients and transfers
Data is accessible only to authorised CYTIZEN personnel and contracted technical providers. Technical data may be processed in the United States under applicable contractual safeguards.
Cookies and trackers
CYTIZEN currently uses no advertising cookies, commercial profiling or proprietary audience analytics. Only elements strictly necessary to provide and secure the site may be used by the hosting platform.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection by writing to contact@cytizen.fr. EU residents may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL at cnil.fr.
